Reading your favorite book, watching a Disney movie with colorful graphics and cheerful songs, writing down your thoughts into beautiful poetry, crying into your dog's soft stomach or just a pillow, eating a tub of Ben and Jerry's, calling a friend on the phone just to talk, driving somewhere far away where no one knows your name-even if it's the next town over, or just looking back on old photos with pleasant memories. There's so many outlets. Don't cut.
